At the beginning, he couldn't avoid overtime work due to busy. When the bus was out of service, he would take a taxi home every day at night 

during that time. The salary of the apprenticeship was not high, and living cost was beyond his income because of transportation fee. Actually, this is the only way for every apprentice, some people left, but Man was remained.

In eleven years, Man is rooted in MUYE Group. In his work philosophy, not only will he have to work, but he also is willing to try his best. In this regard, he explained that the dedication of the work is willing to think over, not simply work as a routine, but optimize the work to make it better. Every time he receives the processed drawings, he always studies carefully and thinks more about several ideas. For the best plan, he always fins the overall arrangement of the process steps, saves time and materials, and improves the accuracy of the work piece. And he usually uses new processes and ideas in the practice of solving problems. For example, in Yamaha project, after three trials, the problem points raised by the customer can be closed. Under the active cooperation of various departments, he reduced the number of trials from three times to two times, saving the cost of trials. At the same time, it also saved everyone's time and energy, and Man was commended and rewarded by the company. In the eyes of colleagues, Man is a ‘Lao Ganbu’, who is serious and has a foresight facing problems. During the on-site inspection, he took the initiative to propose the placement and classification of drawings, which attracted the attention of relevant departments.
